FSI specialise in the development of Workflow Applications using the eVolution Workflow product. The development team have extensive experience in the design and creation of Web applications and a large library of 'tested' software components. The components include, for example, modules for integration with external systems such as HR, Payroll and Accounting.
Our Consultants aim to work closely with our customers to guide them through from the initial requirements stage to the delivery and implementation and onto support of each bespoke system. We encourage ‘client ownership’ of systems via means of our Joint Application Development (JAD) style where possible; this helps to reduce Total Cost of Ownership thus aiding the bottom line when investing in new systems development.
Naturally we are able to adapt our style to meet each specific customer need and have found that skill transfer either through JAD and/or via appropriate system training at the end is vital in ensuring the smooth running of business critical systems and lowering the overall support costs.
