Description
When Health & Safety systems are in place Managers, Supervisors and Employees need to be regularly questioned to ensure procedures and policies are being maintained, precautionary measures are being adhered to and they remain relevant.
The Compliance system gathers information from all levels within the organisation and automatically identifies non-compliance using a simple 'traffic light system. The Compliance module uses the eVolution Workflow system for document distribution and management.
Key Features
The eVolution Health&Safety Compliance product allows H&S Managers to electronically create checklists for the workplace, a task or a job. eVolution allows scheduling of regular questionnaires which are distributed automatically to Safety Supervisors or managers. Optionally forms can be made available to employees to enter comments and suggestions. Submitted checklists are automatically assigned Red, Amber or Green status and allow H&S Managers to assign corrective actions.
The eVolution range of features include:
(a) Workplace/Location Checklist templates with user defined questions to address specific department or office needs;
(b) Scheduling functionality to issue checklists on specific duration frequencies, for example canteen inspections may be done every six months while a laboratory may be inspected every three weeks;
(c) Different forms available for Location, Safety Equipment, and Environmental checklists;
(c) the recording of corrective actions, with their target dates and staff assigned responsibility for the implementation;
(d) the flagging of completed current and historical checklists with red, amber, or green flag, i.e. with high, medium, and risk probability .
