Vacancy authorisation

Managers apply to the Recruitment and Finance teams for permanent, part-time and temporary staff using Workflow forms describing the role + Terms and Conditions. Authorised vacancy forms can be used to initiate Web page descriptions of the vacancy and advise, if appropriate, external agencies by e-mail.

Advertising vacancies

The vacancy can include the Job Description, Person Specifications (Essential and Desirable for Education/Qualifications, Work Experience, Abilities, Motivation, Personality and Circumstances), and the Employment Package (Terms & Conditions, Salary & Benefits).

Optionally provide private access to educational establishments, job centres, and agencies.

Application administration

Accept on-line applications directly from candidates or agencies hired for short-listing. Issue secure passwords to applicants and allow them to update CV's.

Communicate with candidates by e-mail. Send PDF files with details on your organisations activities, organisational structure, company benefits, application forms and interview instructions.

Automate letter / e-mail correspondence.

Circulate applications to line managers using workflow

New Starter procedures

Once an applicant has been accepted the New Starter workflow procedures are optionally used to collate and inform Security, IT, Payroll, HR and other interested parties such as Pensions.

Talent Management

All applications can optionally be posted to the Talent Management database and be a valuable source of CV's for future vacancies. Historical applicants can be advised automatically by e-mail or SMS of new vacancies that may be suitable. The system can also offer them the opportunity to update old applications.
