Description
eVolution is a web-enabled tool for managing trainers, facilities, courses, and training materials. Courses are posted to the Intranet and candidates apply on-line. Confirmations, joining instructions, and feedback are processed by e-mail. Optionally available with Training Needs Analysis, Recruitment and HR systems.

eVolution creates courses on the company intranet and uses templates to reduce creation time;
Managers can submit groups of candidates for courses, oe employees can apply directly;
Warnings are issued for candidates failing pre-requisites;
eVolution uses workflow to simplify communication with delegates and line managers .e.g. to confirm, issue joining instructions, reject or place applications on the Waiting List;

Delegates and trainers are reminded automically by e-mail in the led up to courses;

Individual employee records show planned and completed courses (e.g. manual handling);
eVolution processes and analyses delegate feedback;
eVolution automatically analyses training days provided, no shows, traning costs by employee and course feedback.
